Aaditya Chand is a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive academic background and a diverse international upbringing. Originally from Aurangabad, India, he relocated to Hong Kong at age seven and later to the United States at nineteen. His career in finance is supplemented by substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, gained through various internships.

Aaditya's early move to Hong Kong exposed him to diverse cultures, fostering adaptability and a global perspective. In Hong Kong, he developed a keen interest in football, playing as a goalkeeper, which honed his teamwork and leadership skills. His subsequent move to the United States further broadened his horizons and continued his personal and academic growth.

For higher education, Aaditya attended The University of Manchester in the UK, majoring in Economics and Finance. He graduated with Upper Second-Class Honors in July 2022. His coursework included financial statement analysis, econometrics, and mergers and acquisitions, providing him with a robust understanding of economic systems and markets. To deepen his expertise, Aaditya pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance at University College London, where he focused on Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, and Hedge Fund Strategies.

Professionally, Aaditya has made significant strides in mergers and acquisitions. In 2024, he served as a Summer Analyst at Kennedy M&A. At this global advisory firm, he worked remotely on financial modeling and advisory tasks, including drafting a sell-side information memorandum for a client seeking $10 million in Series A funding. Before this, in 2022, he interned at Stephens in London, preparing detailed pitch books and analyzing financial data for various firms.

Beyond his career, Aaditya is passionate about football. He played vice-captain for the Manchester Medics Football Club, leading the team to several victories. He is also keenly interested in the stock market, especially financial services and technology stocks.

Aaditya currently lives in Palo Alto, California, where he enjoys a variety of personal interests. He is an avid cook, particularly of Asian cuisine, and a traveler who appreciates learning about different cultures, with Japan and Vietnam being his favorite destinations. Additionally, Aaditya is committed to giving back to his community, volunteering at the San Mateo Samaritan House, where he assists with client services and administrative tasks, highlighting his dedication to social welfare and professional endeavors.
